This policy covers three different things, and they do not work the same way. Flattening them into one reassuring paragraph would misdescribe at least one of them, so they are separated here.
CareGraph, BizCore.one, LINUS Estate, LINUS Times, LINUS Pro, KinNova, Trajectway (desktop) and LINUS AI keep their records in a directory on your own computer. They open no network listener and transmit no records. We receive nothing: not your files, not telemetry, not crash reports, not usage analytics. There is no account to create.
This is a property of how they are built rather than a promise about our conduct — there is no server for the data to go to.
AI features run on your device. Dictation, note drafting and assistance use a model loaded locally. Prompts and documents are not sent to us or to any third-party inference provider.
Osprey analyses options and fixed income, which requires market data your computer does not have: option chains, volatility and interest rates. Osprey fetches that data from our service, and only after you permit it. The application tells you what it retrieved.
What is not transmitted: your positions, your holdings, your portfolio, or the analysis you run on them. Those stay on your machine. We do not receive brokerage credentials and do not connect to your accounts.
Some products also run as hosted services — Trajectway at trajectway.com, and demonstration instances such as demo.caregraph.net. These necessarily work differently: they hold an account, and Trajectway processes payments through a payment provider.
If you use a hosted service we store the account information you provide (email address, and profile or application content you enter), for as long as the account exists. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us. You may request deletion of a hosted account and its contents at any time by writing to the support address below.
This site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no trackers and no advertising. Our hosting provider processes standard request logs (including IP address) to serve and protect the site.
Our products are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Because the desktop applications hold your data on your own device, you already have complete access to it: the files are yours, readable and removable without our involvement. For hosted services, write to the address below to access, correct, export or delete your data.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, for hosted services, notify account holders.
